1. Services Refund Policy
a. Project-Based Services
For project-based services such as web design, development, and custom solutions, refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress of the project:
- Initial Deposit: Deposits made to begin a project are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in the project agreement.
- In-Progress Work: If a refund request is made after the project has commenced, any completed work will be billed at the agreed hourly rate or as outlined in the project agreement. Refunds will only apply to the portion of the payment for work not yet completed.
- Completion: No refunds will be issued once a project has been completed and delivered to the client.
b. Ongoing Services (e.g., Maintenance, Support)
Ongoing services are billed on a recurring basis. If you wish to cancel an ongoing service, you must notify us at least 30 days in advance. Refunds are not available for services already rendered, but you will not be billed for future periods after your cancellation is processed.
2. Digital Products Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, exceptions may apply in certain cases:
- Defective Product: If the digital product you purchased is defective or does not match its description, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and, if applicable, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same digital product, please contact us within 7 days for a refund on the duplicate order.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- The order number or invoice related to your purchase
- A detailed description of the reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after purchasing a service or digital product.
- Improper Use: If services or products are used in a manner contrary to our guidelines, a refund will not be issued.
- Delayed Response: Requests for refunds made outside the stated timelines (e.g., more than 7 days after purchase for digital products) may not be honored.
